Messiah in the Passover

Where and when will this take place?

New Horizon Church is sponsoring Messiah in the Passover March, 22 pm in our Fellowship Hall. The presentation starts at 5:00 and halfway through we will stop for the Seder Meal. Reservations requested so we will have enough food. Contact the church office at conroenaz@outlook.com or 936-756-3507. The meal and program will take about an hour and forty-five minutes.

The Passover Points to Jesus

MESSIAH IN THE PASSOVER, a vivid and exciting demonstration showing how Jesus fulfilled the ancient feast of Passover. This visual presentation will be conducted by Nigel Christiansen of Chosen People Ministries.

 

MESSIAH IN THE PASSOVER begins with the traditional Passover Seder table—complete with all the articles of this important Jewish celebration. The speaker will explain the symbolic meanings of the various items of the Passover

feast and highlight their relationship to the Last Supper that Messiah celebrated with the disciples, giving special emphasis on the redemptive significance of the crucifixion. MESSIAH IN THE PASSOVER gives the Christian community insight into Jewish traditions so that the Jewish roots of Christianity can be better understood. The experience also helps both Jewish and Christian communities understand their common heritage.

 

This meeting is open to the public. Both the Christian as well as the Jewish community are invited to attend. A love
